Worked example
Say you have melted your way past The Highway and The Frosty Forest but have not reached The Frozen City yet. You tick those first two boxes. The tracker shows 2 / 4 milestones and 50% route completion, names The Frozen City as your next milestone, and links its checkpoint page — the page that explains the badge (185,844 holders, a 13.9% earn rate as of 2026-10-03) and what the funnel says about the stretch you are in. Tick the third box and the tracker moves to 75% and hands you the fridge guide for the final All Ice Cleared objective; tick the last box and it flips to Checklist complete with a link back to the completion guide.
The same arithmetic works in reverse when planning a session with friends: 25% means one player milestone per four, so a group at different stages can pick the shared target — usually the next checkpoint the whole group has not reached — and read that checkpoint's guide before joining a server.
Interpreting your percentage against everyone else's
The official badge counts put your own progress in context. Only 38.1% of players who finish a first session ever reach The Highway, so ticking that first box already puts you ahead of most people who try the game. From there retention climbs: 58.9% of Highway holders continue to Frosty Forest, 64.3% of Forest holders reach Frozen City, and 78.5% of City holders finish the route and close the fridge.
- First Game → The Highway: 38.1% (491,292 / 1,291,332) — The steepest drop of the whole route: most players decide during the opening stretch, before the first named checkpoint.
- The Highway → The Frosty Forest: 58.9% (289,134 / 491,292) — Once players clear the first checkpoint, roughly six in ten keep pushing into the forest.
- The Frosty Forest → The Frozen City: 64.3% (185,844 / 289,134) — Mid-route retention is the healthiest segment — the grind holds the players who reached it.
- The Frozen City → All Ice Cleared: 78.5% (145,880 / 185,844) — Nearly four in five players who reach the last named checkpoint finish the route and close the fridge.
Computed from official badge awarded counts (Roblox badges API, checked 2026-10-03): each stage divides the later badge's awarded count by the earlier badge's.
